Jeremy began his career in Estate Agency before moving into Financial Services, qualifying as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). He gained valuable experience in New Build services and later transitioned into Training and Competence (T&C), eventually running an academy for new industry entrants.
In 2018, he joined a leading Mortgage & Wealth Management firm in the South West as Compliance Manager. There, he led a team, launched another academy, and was promoted to Head of Compliance and Sales, overseeing a £2.8 million turnover.
Most recently, Jeremy served as Head of Compliance at a UK-based Wealth Management firm with international reach across Ireland, Spain, Malta, and Dubai. He was instrumental in launching a UK mortgage model to generate Wealth adviser referrals.
Jeremy is passionate about Mortgage & Protection and the development of advisers, continuing to make a lasting industry impact.
